Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?

Because these items are dispatched from different hubs, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Rest assured, the rest of your deployment is on its way.

Q: Where is my gear shipped from?
A: We operate a decentralized logistics network with hubs in the UK, Europe, and the US. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to you that has your items in stock to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • GEAR: Typically 5–10 business days.
  • FUEL & ROOTS: Typically 7–12 business days as these require specialized handling.
  • Note: These are estimates. High-demand drops may occasionally see slight delays in processing.

ORDERS & TRACKING

Q: When will I get my tracking number?
A: You will receive a tracking confirmation via email the moment your items leave the facility. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once an order enters our "High-Priority Fulfillment" stream, it cannot be canceled or modified. This speed ensures faster delivery for the community, so please verify all details at checkout.

Q: I didn't get a tracking number.
A: Tracking numbers are issued the moment the facility clears your package for pickup. If you haven't received a notification within 3-4 business days, please check your "Junk" folder before contacting support.

RETURNS & QUALITY CONTROL

Q: Can I return my items if I change my mind?
A: Because our products are engineered on-demand to maintain exclusivity and reduce environmental impact, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. Please consult our size guides carefully before confirming your deployment.

Q: What happens if my order is damaged or defective?
A: We stand by the durability of our gear. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, contact us at [Your Email] within 14 days with photographic evidence. We will expedite a replacement deployment immediately at no cost to you.

Q: Can I return ingestible products (Fuel/Roots)?
A: For the safety and hygiene of all athletes in the Built From Hunger community, we cannot accept returns on any ingestible products once the security seal has been compromised or the packaging has been opened.
